Drilldown to contacts in Recruiting Activity Report
The director holding his/her team of recruiters accountable to the work denoted on the activity report. The director could easily see who they called, and the notes taken by easily getting access to the list of prospects via this hyperlink.
We use this measurement to see how engaged they are with their recruiting leads. It's a clear indicator of the seriousness of their engagement with a prospect and gives better clarity to the pipeline numbers.
Recruiting Activity Tracker pulls data by month whereas the engagement data is pulled by days and this makes it difficult to accurately track how what the engagement was on the number of emails sent because they use differing date ranges.
As a recruiter, I want the option to shrink or collapse my New Lead and Followup panels in the Today screen, so I more easily see what I need if I have my “view leads per page” set to a high number.
