Have BOTH "Month Joining" and "Date Joined" on the Pipeline Report Tool

Right now the “Date Joined” column, on the report, is pulling info from the “Month Joining” filed in the Pipeline area of a recruit’s contact card. Can you relabel that column to say “Month Joining”?

It would be great to capture the “Date Joined” on the report. Is there a way to add this column and tie it to the date signed?

The report is incomplete without these two fields.

1) we don't know the month joining just by looking at the rating

2) we don't know the true conversion from the first conversation / appt set to date joined
