We use this measurement to see how engaged they are with their recruiting leads. It's a clear indicator of the seriousness of their engagement with a prospect and gives better clarity to the pipeline numbers.

Pain
There is no easy way to track this number. I know you can sort on "status" and qualify by "last activity", but that is not an easy way to do reporting and if status changes again within the period, the measurement could easily be missed. Besides, it would be nice to see it in the activity report where we can easily compare our recruiters efforts. |
