Announcing new navigation improvements to the Contact Profile and Agent Alerts that will make your workflow more efficient:
Contact Name Enhancements
Added Google search integration directly from contact names
Each contact's name now features a clickable icon that opens a Google search in a new window
Searches automatically include first name, last name, and current company information from our leads/teams database
Agent Alert Address Enhancements
Added Google Maps integration for addresses for Agent Alerts located in the right sidebar and the pop-up window.
Map integration is available for all address fields except Miscellaneous alerts (excluding Office change alerts)
