switch email to main when new email added after match on agent ID with different email


Jobs To Be Done
  • This applies to: Relitix imports and all file importers

  • When a record is imported and matches on the agent ID/MLS but has a different email, the email gets added to the contact as an additional email but not set as the "main" email used for emailing the contact

  • This change would be to set the new email as the main email

  • When agents switch brokerages and their email changes the emails go to the old email address from their prior brokerage and bounce
