FYI - This idea has changed to the status of Planned as we have added it to our product development roadmap to be implemented in the coming months.
I would expand to milestones like "first listing" or "first transaction" in the MLS. Any agent who reached a certain threshold as far as number of transactions or volume. A high priced property (luxury).
Having this real-time integration would make the platform much more useful so that I can notice significant activites for agents I want to recruit.
