Add new filters with additional operators like excluding records (Advanced filters)

To improve my searches, I want to add some additional filters and expand the ways to filter with additional operators.

New filters will include:

• Whether the contact has a mobile phone number

• License expiration dates

• Relitix import last update date

• Relitix Team Leader attribute

• County that the agent lives in

Operators

• Includes

• Does not include - I want the ability to exclude labels and other attributes from advanced searches.

• A date range for date fields
