Allow Filtering by Office State

When inviting agents to events, especially Continuing Education Events, It would be beneficial to be able to set the State Filter to the appropriate State for the CE Course. This way, we don't inadvertantly send invites for Missouri CE to IIllinois agents and vice-versa.

Assigning recruitss to managers. Sending CE (or other event) invitations.
Pain

When assigning agents to our managers, we use the Productivity Location filter and assign those agents to the closest office to their productivity. In many cases, the closest office is actually in another state. For instance, Alton, Illinois is far closer to our Saint Charles, Missouri office than it is to our Columbia, Illinois office. However, Alton, llinois agents should always be assigned to our Columbia office manager.

    Thanks for the feedback and logging the idea!

    I am going to merge this into another idea BKPD-I-526 for a new filtering mechanism that will include additional operators and filters so it pushes that one up which is already in our top 10 and then add state as desired filter on that one.
