Thanks for the suggestion. I am setting this idea to Already Exists for now as we have the Role filter below in the Brokerkit retention advanced search which allows you to filter on your agents vs. affiliates in retention and then do bulk actions on the selected contacts. This will let you trigger emails, campaigns or texts to each separately.
This seems to address what you were hoping to see with existing functionality. Can you please confirm that addresses your need?
