    Elevate Your Recruitment Game with Brokerkit’s New Resume Tab

    Introducing the new Resume tab within the Contact Profile, designed to streamline your hiring process and keep you organized.

    1. Capturing resumes in the contact profile

      • We’ve introduced a dedicated Resume tab within the Contact Profile.

      • The Resume field allows you to upload attachments or push them in via our API or Zapier

      • Supported formats include PDF, Doc, Docx, TXT, and RTF.

      • The maximum file size for uploads is 25MB.

      • Resume Actions:

        • Upload/Update: Keep your resume current effortlessly.

        • Page Navigation: Easily move through multi-page resumes.

        • Download: Retrieve your resume with a single click.

        • Delete: Remove outdated versions.

        • Zoom In/Out: Adjust readability as needed.

        • Fullscreen Mode: Dive into your resume without distractions. Exit by pressing Escape

    2. Capturing applicants with resumes from Job Board Integrations

      • We also added functionality to push in resumes from a PDF link along with new leads via our API or Zapier

      • This means you can push job board applicants into Brokerkit with their resumes for follow-up in BK

      • You can connect directly to our API for this feature or use Zapier.

      • Some of the job posting software platforms with a Zapier app that you can leverage include Wizehire, Workable, Greenhouse, JazzHR, and Recruit CRM
