mapping of agent hometowns

Provide the ability to map a group of agents geographically.

I work with 15-20 agents in a wide geographical area. The group is always fluid as they are in my group for 12 weeks after they join our brokerage. I am frequently inviting these agents to company trainings and events depending on where they live, but would love to make it easier by just looking at their locations on a map or being able to search for agents by drawing a map either by city or county or just an area that I draw.
