Have the appointment show under the person who set the appointment if re-assigned in the Appointments Set column of the Activity Report
There would need to be separate fields for the appointment setter and appointment holder with the credit for the appointment showing under the Appointment Setter in the Appointments Set column of the Activity Report

Are the appointments showing under Francis because the setters are re-assigning the appointments to Francis after setting them using the "Re-assign Appt Owner" field highlighted in the screenshot below?
