When one agent refers someone to us through portal/landing page it shows the person as the referral, but then if another agent refers the same person with same info, it will not notate anywhere that the referral source has changed so we know who initially sent a referral and use discretion to who gets the credit for the referral (most likely would be first person who sent them in). |
