Pause communications with contact

I suggest it is a programmable pause feature. Pause this agent from (date) to (date).

We sometimes have agents on a hiatus from business for personal reasons. It would be great if we could schedule a pause so they do not receive texts/emails during that pause period.

Pain

Over sending material to agents who have already notified us that they are not available.

    Preferably both, but priority is retention.

    Thank you. I am aware of the campaign pause features. I am suggesting a pause feature for individual agents so they are not added to any campaigns while on hiatus. For example, Bob sends a notification that he is going to be stepping away from real estate for 30 days to take care of an ailing relative. I don't want to send Bob any automated texts during those 30 days. Instead of having to remove him (individually) from any text blasts or campaigns, it would be convenient to schedule a pause, or in other words, a temporary archive with an automatically scheduled date to put him back into active.

    Bruce, thanks for the idea.

    Campaigns can be paused overall, and the individual campaign subscription for a contact can also be paused using existing functionality. Here is a demo video of that: https://share.getcloudapp.com/o0uKyDQn

    Does that solve your problem, or are you hoping for something beyond that?
