BKPD-I-577 - Campaign setting to pause on text replies to campaign messages
We're excited to announce an enhancement to Brokerkit's campaign management that makes your outreach more intelligent and personalized.
When contacts engage with your campaigns, the system automatically pauses their individual campaign subscription, allowing you to take over with personalized follow-up.
Key Features:
Automatic pause of campaign messages when a contact replies via text
Individual-level pausing that doesn't affect other contacts in the campaign
User-controlled settings in the new Campaign Settings tab
Campaign status changes are tracked in the contact timeline, giving you full visibility into engagement.
Default enabled for new campaigns to optimize engagement
The new feature is accessible in both campaign creation and editing screens, with intuitive controls in the Settings tab. Now available to all users.
