After a conversation a call note prompt pops up and allows you to change the status of the lead (Contact Made, Appt Set, etc.) currently it doesn't change the status of the agent's card. ideally it would make sense for it to update simultaneously. |

Miguel, thanks for reporting this. This is a bug vs. an enhancement so we have gone ahead and planned a fix for that. It is intended that the contact status updates when you update the contact status on the call disposition in the call note.
