A couple of questions:
You are just proposing this functionality in recruiting and not retention, correct? I ask as the contact attempt status only exists in recruiting, not retention.
Related to the above, you mention bulk email and texting. In recruiting, there is only bulk email and not bulk texting to minimize compliance risk. Did you mean this would also apply when emails/texts are triggered via a campaign?
