Jobs To Be Done
I need to click all my leads that have said “stop” and do a bulk action to label them all “junk”. Then delete them from my inbox. Same thing with all the “not interested” Leads. I’d like to click on several and bulk acton add a “not interested” labels instead of having to do them one by one. |

Pain
I have to go thru each lead, add the label, get out of the lead and remove from inbox. This is so time consuming when you could do all at once. For example I have 400 leads in my inbox mostly “stop” responses. I have to go thru each one to disposition them

Thanks for opening the product idea. For now, I marked the status of this idea to "Already exists" as I believe we already have the feature you are looking for.
Please see the animated GIF below of how you can bulk select contacts and use the labeling drop down to either add or remove labels to the selected contacts. Can you please take a look at that and confirm it addresses your need or let us know if now?
