We’re unable to separate the NI. Creating separate labels for NI, DNC, and Callback leads is useful because it improves lead organization, allowing for more targeted follow-ups and cleaner reporting. It will be easier in identifying the lead status and avoiding wasted outreach or compliance issues. If we can personalize disposition list, we don't need to create new labels to track them manually.

I forgot to mention this yesterday but you can also create custom contact statuses to use for this as detailed in the help article here.
