Set labels as public or private

When a staff member makes a label for their own personal organization it shows for everyone admin and staff members when we really don't need it.

Customize ratings names

Filter for custom date range on Activity Report

Recruiting Activity Tracker pulls data by month whereas the engagement data is pulled by days and this makes it difficult to accurately track how what the engagement was on the number of emails sent because they use differing date ranges.
