I'd like to be able to group managers together and allow them to share contacts. Manager A and Manager B can see each other's contacts, but Manager C can only see their contacts.

The director holding his/her team of recruiters accountable to the work denoted on the activity report. The director could easily see who they called, and the notes taken by easily getting access to the list of prospects via this hyperlink.
Improved search across platform - global search (search bar) should include more fields
Company search is the most useful, but sometimes something is both in labels, source, and in the actual notes of the contact, and I don't want to have to remember to select everything.
