Change the logic for new production label

A lot of agents that have the production label new are either on their way to retirement so their business is slowing down or the agent is having an off year. If an agent in retention has been with the company for awhile they should be labeled as low if they are under 1M.

Jobs To Be Done

  • change the logic for new production label to only be new for new recruits in the system.

  • People with anything lower than 1M and have been with the company for awhile should be labeled as low not new

Pain

When agents are labeled new in retention they more then likely are just having an off year and should be under the label low.

    Thanks for the idea.


    As an FYI we do have a way to change the name of all of the production labels other than new in our administrator console for an account. This sounds like it may not solve your issue with the new label but I wanted to pass that on. Let us know if you want us to help you customize the other production labels names (Mega, Super, Mid, Low) in your account.
