Jobs To Be Done

I'm tired of having to try and figure out when we start a campaign and when it ends. Why can't there be a fill in calendar to shows the day the campaign starts and end. Having to figure out when I started a campaign and how many days in between each one to find the end date is not a great use of my time.

    I shouldn�t have to go looking for the start and end date of a campaign. I would like to see it above each campaign either in the Smart Campaign section when I open up the individual campaign I can see it where the day at times is or right below it, something.

    Thanks for submitting this idea. Were you hoping to see the campaign start and end date on the screen where you create or edit a campaign?


    As an FYI you can see it in the contact profile of an agent like below if you did not see that. Did you see that?
