One question for you on this:
A text and email template feature is currently available, and the text one is found here.
The feature above allows users to save a template for themselves, but other users in the account can't view those templates.
Campaigns can also be used, and they are shared across users in an account
Is the request to make those text templates in #1 above shared with all users in an account?
