We have already had to teach them how to put inbox rules so that they don't see them but are afraid they are missing important notifications on lead activities now because we don't know if they lead import notification comes from the same email address as lead notifications?
Jobs To Be Done
My staff users don't need to be notified when leads have been imported on the admin level (unless the leads are assigned to them specifically as owners). We need the ability to optionally turn on those notifications instead of having them notified by default. |
|
Pain
Staff users are getting notified on hundreds of lead imports that don't belong to them as lead owners. |
Genius! Thank you!!
Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
Best regards,

This functionality already exists. Users can turn off new lead notifications on their User Settings page here. Please review and confirm. We set this idea to the status of Already Exists for now.
