Videos are known to increase engagement, so anyone looking to recruit and retain agents will benefit from these added video integration features. The videos will be more polished and can be branded to the company with the use of virtual backgrounds. Plus, we know a good portion of our population are virtual learners. The ability to share our screen, while on camera, and "show" vs. just tell will help us drive the message we are trying to convey or teach. This is really important for brokerages that operate in more of the virtual model space.

Give us an option to add a virtual background with the video integration tool that already exists. This is similar to what is capable with Teams, Zoom, etc... |

Pain
Without these features, the production quality is low. And, it's more time consuming to produce the videos outside of BrokerKit and make sure you have the right file type and size to upload. So, it's inefficient and we cannot deliver the same production value as our competitors. It's negatively impacting our brand image and making us look inferior. |

Thanks for logging this. It looks like this has 2 ideas in it (screenshare and virtual background) so we need to split it they possibly would not be done together some users would want one vs. the other. Also as mentioned earlier, we already have an existing idea for adding screenshare to videos in the existting idea here. Since this idea has 2 in it, I can't merge it into that other idea. Based on that I edited this to be for virtual backgrounds and added your content to the other one on screenshare to. Please also go vote on the existing idea on screenshare and add any comments there.
I moved this to the status of future consideration to see what type of user interest this gets which we use for roadmap prioritization.
