Allow non-null team member contact information to be updated via API

When our team members change their contact information (email, phone, address, etc) we would like to be able to update BrokerKit via the API so we don't have to rely on manual updates by humans which are always forgotten because managing brokers are busy people.

We are having agents contact information not accurate and thus important legal notifications are being missed by our team members of those managing brokers who have adopted BrokerKit as their primary means of communication with those they manage.
