Merge duplicates across accounts linked in an organization

As a BK Admin who oversees an organization with multiple accounts, I’d like the ability to merge duplicates across my organization, rather than just at an account level. I want to avoid the risk of having multiple recruiters in our different offices trying to recruit the same agent.
