As an admin user, I would like to be able to sort my campaigns into folders. It would really be nice to have the option for “new agent” campaign folders, or “retention” folders. This would really help to organize our space and keep us more on task.

Set internal users for recipients on Emails/Texts in smart campaign steps
As an Admin/Staff user, I'd like to have the option to add a campaign step that would send an internal text message or email to another user in the account including myself.

As a broker, I want campaign templates in the campaign library whose content aligns with triggers, so I can copy and trigger them immediately to get value immediately
