Unsubscribe uses custom domain as a link instead of getbrokerkit.com domain in link

Any BrokerKit customer who has a custom domain setup is affected by this.

Have emails in BCC vs. cc on bulk emails

Bulk emails need to be BCC - not list all the recipients in the CC field
