Specifically, when we send out recruiting text messages, any responses received are received via our cell phones. This is the only notification for responses to recruiting texts, which causes a few difficulties. Most importantly, there's not a great "At A Glance" queue... i.e., here are 47 responses to the 1,000 text messages that you need to follow up on where we can manage independent text convsersations for each particular lead. Currently, we have to respond via limited text message capabilities on our phone, which do show up under that particular lead's communication history page.... But having a "Text Messages" inbox directly located in the home Dashboard (with notifications) that we can work out of would be AMAZING! This is also helpful to seperate our personal text messages from our "work" text messages.. Everything work related could be accessed in BrokerKit!

Pain
Managing multiple text message responses all from an iphone. This can be cumbersome when texting hundreds of people at a time. An "At A Glance" text message inbox within the Dashboard where we can pickup text conversations straight from the BrokerKit site would be amazing. |
