Ability to switch between emails to send from within one user (not just main)

It would be great to be able to select from alternate email addresses for a team member, depending on the objective of the email.

For instance, I want all recruiting emails to come from my Main email address, which is associated with my recruiting domain.

However, I would prefer that all retention emails come from my email address on my company's primary domain.

Currently, I only see the option of selecting the Team Member's "Main" email address.
