You have it so I can add an attachment here, why not be able to add an attachment to the prospective agents file during recruiting and then have that file carry over when they join and become part of the retention file?

Pain
Having to move between environments to find information. KPA as an example. Would be great if I could look at attachments under the Lead portal and then have those attachements carry over to retention when they join. Also, being able to scan notes from meetings with prospective agents as well. |
FYI - This idea has changed to the status of Planned as we have added it to our product development roadmap to be implemented in the coming months.
