As a manager, I want to be able to see all contact information filtered at the organizational level, so I can see the activity of the regional managers in one place without logging into all accounts individually.
Brokerkit's recommended solution for this issue is to consolidate offices or regions from separate accounts down into a single account and use staff role restrictions (found in Account Settings>Permissions) where you can control which contacts in recruiting and retention a staff user is able to see.
